1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr60 ("pkr60", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr60 online gaming platform available at pkr60.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the pkr60 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of pkr60.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkr60 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to pkr60 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr60 does not permit access to individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with pkr60 or any other gaming platform with which pkr60 has a reciprocal agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. pkr60 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held within the account.

3 Account Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the pkr60 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr60 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkr60 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr60 immediately by contacting the support team. pkr60 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension for security purposes.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your pkr60 account from shared or public devices without logging out fully upon completion.
• Enable any additional security features offered by pkr60 when available.
• Do not store login credentials in browsers on shared devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr60 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit amount on pkr60 is Rs 200. There is no deposit fee charged by pkr60 on any supported payment channel, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pkr60 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A player must have completed the identity verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account, subject to availability.
• pkr60 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• pkr60 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawal of active bonus funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr60 may offer various bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued on the pkr60 platform:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on pkr60 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. pkr60 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6 Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on pkr60 are final once confirmed by the player. pkr60 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a game error, technical fault, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome of an event or game round.

For sports betting markets, including cricket:

• Markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result, pkr60 will settle affected bets in accordance with its match abandonment policy, which will be communicated within the platform.
• Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of pkr60 if data integrity cannot be confirmed.

For casino and arcade games, including slots, live dealer tables, Gold Toad Fishing, and Monster Hi-Lo:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer results, as applicable.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pkr60 will resolve the round based on the last confirmed state recorded by the server. The server record is considered authoritative in all disputed cases.
• pkr60 reserves the right to void game rounds affected by technical errors and return stakes to affected players at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr60 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held within the account:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the pkr60 platform.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transactions on the platform that are connected to illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits without prior agreement from pkr60.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr60 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr60 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of pkr60 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr60 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any pkr60 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform.
• Use the pkr60 brand, logo, or name in any promotional material without prior authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the pkr60 website on any other website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pkr60's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9 Privacy & Data

pkr60 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the pkr60 Privacy Policy.

In summary, pkr60 collects personal information — including your name, date of birth, address, payment details, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

pkr60 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Responsible Gaming

pkr60 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform recognises that for a small number of players, gaming may become problematic, and has invested in a comprehensive suite of tools to help players maintain control of their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account settings panel after pkr60 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkr60 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.

pkr60 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Multiple account creation.
• Sustained abusive behaviour directed at pkr60 staff or other players.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the pkr60 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method.

pkr60 reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts that are closed due to a breach of these Terms pending the outcome of any investigation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr60 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the pkr60 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information resulting from circumstances outside pkr60's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Decisions made by payment providers regarding the processing or rejection of transactions.

In all cases where pkr60's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pkr60's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkr60 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr60 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, though the platform invests significantly in uptime, security infrastructure, and regular maintenance to minimise disruptions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr60 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising between a player and pkr60 that cannot be resolved informally through the pkr60 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified in pkr60's licensing framework. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that arbitration process.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek interim injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their immediate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkr60 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, pkr60 will notify players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the pkr60 website, an email to the registered address on file, or a notification within the player's account dashboard.

The continued use of the pkr60 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document will reflect the most current version in force.
